How to join SCAB?

We are very pleased with your interest in our association.

If you would like to know the statutes of our non-profit organization: Click HERE

To be part of the SCAB you must first be distinguished, that is to say practice osteopathy as a main professional activity. The effective members are osteopaths in their own right in their therapeutic approach.

We have several statuses within our organization: Bachelor Member, Full Member, Adherent Member and Foreign Member status.

To be a Bachelor Member you must have completed a basic course either SCTF, or a course accredited by the Osteopathic Cranial Academy, or recognized by the certification committee of at least 40 hours.

To be a Full Member , Adherent or Foreigner , you must have completed the 40 hours required to be a Bachelor as well as a second basic course (min. 40 hours) either SCTF, or a course accredited by the Osteopathic Cranial Academy, or accepted by the Titularization Commission.

To be a Full Member , the Bachelor Member must also present a tenure-track project, accepted by the Tenure Committee, within two years of joining.

Your application will be examined by the Permanent Commission and presented at the General Meeting.

You will be informed of the good reception within our association after this.

However, we invite you to participate in our meetings as a guest in the meantime. Except for meetings where a tenure-track job is presented. These will be communicated to you by email.

We hope for real collaboration and fruitful exchanges for the future as required by the spirit of SCAB.

Your participation is valuable to us in maintaining our activity.

Looking forward to working together!!
